I went down a pant size during the first 6 weeks I worked out with him! The convenience of his method is unbeatable! | 2 years ago I began training with Mike doing slow exercise. I had never heard of the slow exercise technique before. I was overweight and very unhappy with the way I looked. So, I figured what do have to loose other than pounds and gave it a try. Within a couple of weeks I could tell this was something I was really going to like. I had more energy and just felt better. A couple more weeks into it there was a noticeable difference in the way my clothes fit. The best part is people started noticing a difference. It is always a confidence booster when you start receiving compliments. The hard work was paying off. In no time I had lost 30 pounds, 18 inches, and dropped 4 dress sizes. Here I am 2 years later still working out with Mike, feeling so much better about myself, and healthier than I have been in a very long time. Mike is awesome he is so positive and supportive. He continues to help me reach my goals and encourages me to do more. I have even become a certified personal trainer myself.
